church loans charges
When a church takes the decision to take real estate business for church economical development, they want to purchase land and build buildings so that church can make an income source by rent the building or seal the flat then they need a loan from church lenders at a low interest that is 3.50% to 8.50%. the lender gives a loan. They take .50% processing fee as church loans charges. Many times they wave the charges.
